Chapter Goals 2023-2024

1. We will nominate our chapter for at least one award this year, as we will be ambitious and engaged.
2. We will include all ages and all collegiate chapters in our recruitment of chapter members and remain aware of our differences when formulating our programs and community involvement.
3. We will foster leadership in chapter operations and allow as many members as possible to lead us in organizing events as well as being leaders outside of AOII in the community.
4. We will continue to plan sisterhood activities to share time together, stay in touch with monthly emails and post regularly in our Facebook group to keep everyone connected to our chapter and the fraternity. We also welcome snowbirds and sisters who may be visiting our area to join as secondary members to form and sustain new and old friendships.
5. We will continue with our annual service projects as well as support new organizations in our Orlando area community. We will continue to support our AOII Foundation as well as serve as fraternity  volunteers and share our time and talents with our sisters.
